    Good stuff for my brain

    M² 5-HTP 100mg is the one thing that has helped to bring up my serotonin. By taking the tests. I can see that my serotonin always needs some really effective support and this really helps and I can see the effect in my subsequent tests and it just makes me feel better and sleep better and I can really see the effect in my overall health and workout and physical performance.

    One of my favorite products!

    M2 5-HTP is one of my all time favorite products. It works beautifully with virtually every protocol (unless contraindicated with certain medications) to support and restore serotonin pools. It's very challenging for any system in the body to function optimally, or heal without adequate serotonin. M2 products are independently assayed so that you know they have in them what the label says they have in them....very important in the supplement industry. It's also always a good idea to test neurotransmitters using one of their test kits before supplementing with amino acids. I've worked with this company for decades (it has changed names a few times) and their products are always high quality.
